Our spinner blades are nickle plated brass, and we use only laser sharpened hooks. Horizontal Strike Rig™
The Big’uns™ Horizontal Strike Rig™ is a true original, and is our flagship product for catching trophy pike, musky, walleye, lake trout, and any large other predatory freshwater species of fish you care to mention! Because it has been designed to hang 6-9 inch (or bigger) ciscoes or suckers HORIZONTALLY, the result is a NATURAL presentation that triggers the predatory response of big fish, even when they are in a negative feeding mood! During field research comparing the horizontal presentation to traditional “quick strike” rigs, we have seen the Big’uns™ Horizontal Strike Rig™ bring multiple trophy pike into the boat, while the traditional rigs, which hang baits vertically, produced absolutely zero!
Fish the Big’uns™ Horizontal Strike Rig™ in open water or through the ice! In open water, hang the baited strike rig right below the boat, or below a slip bobber for precise depth control to catch shallow, deep, or even suspended fish. When ice fishing, the rig works well on a heavy action ice rod, or under a tip-up.
Bait the Big’uns™ Horizontal Strike Rig™ by placing the smaller treble hook through the back of the bait, near the center, and the two larger trebles through the head and tail to achieve that natural presentation.

Pike & Musky Spinner Rig™
Ever fish walleyes on a bottom bouncer spinner rig? This is essentially the same thing, only much, MUCH BIGGER! It’s no secret that big baits catch big fish, and so we’ve developed the Big’uns™ Pike & Musky Spinner Rig™ with this in mind! The largest pike and muskies in any lake will spend the majority of the open water season along drop-offs adjacent to the deep water of the main lake. Fishing the bottom of the drop-offs effectively, using large bait, can be difficult...this is where the Big’uns™ Pike & Musky Spinner Rig™ is absolutely primo!
Fish the Big’uns™ Pike & Musky Spinner Rig™ on a three-way swivel setup with 2-3 ounces of weight, or on a 2 ounce bottom bouncer, using ciscos or suckers, 6-9 inches long for bait. Troll along the drop-offs or deep weed edges.
The Big’uns™ Pike & Musky Spinner Rig™ is made using quality high strength wire, with laser sharpened hooks. The spinner blades are fluted #8 brass with nickle plating, and come in twelve fish-catching colors, including the new Metalli-Colors™ series: highly reflective colored chrome fading to bright nickle.
Big Bait Stinger™
The Big’uns™ Big Bait Stinger™ is a “must-have” for any serious large species freshwater trophy hunter, on the ice or in the boat. Designed to handle large 6” - 9” baits, this ˝ ounce jig has a BUILT IN stinger to increase your hooking and holding power.
The rear treble stinger hook is permanently attached to the jig head with flexible 45# test wire. No more fiddling with tiny snaps or tying stingers on with weak monofilament line that toothy critters like pike and musky can bite through. The Big’uns™ Big Bait Stinger™ is ready to fish, right out of the package, in seven popular fish-catching colors.
Fish the Big’uns™ Big Bait Stinger™ through the ice, or in open water, tipped with suckers or large ciscos. Through the ice it works well jigged vertically, off the bottom or for suspended fish. It also works well fished vertically below the boat, cast out and retrieved back bumped along the bottom, or in a steady “swimming” motion.
Place the main jig hook up through the nose of your bait from beneath, and place the rear treble stinger into the back of the bait, as far rearward as possible.
